The HOPE Roster profiles alumnae of the HOPE Binational Fellowship, the HOPE Leadership Institute (HLI), the HOPE College Leadership Program (HCLP), and the HOPE Youth Leadership Program (HYLP). Since the founding of HOPE’s first Leadership program in 1999, 1,800+ Latinas have participated in HOPE’s programs.

HOPE Leadership Institute
The HOPE Leadership Institute® (HLI) is the first and only statewide leadership program specifically designed for professional Latinas in California. Its goal is to train Latinas in vital leadership and advocacy skills, enabling them to create fundamental change within their local neighborhoods and across California.
HOPE Youth Leadership Program
The HOPE Youth Leadership Program (HYLP) helps low-income, high school-age Latinas prepare for college alongside their peers and achieve their personal academic goals and gaining financial security.
HOPE College Leadership Program
The HOPE College Leadership Program (HCLP) creates a network of support for first-generation Latina college students and recent grads across the United States. Students learn about launching meaningful careers and developing their political voices.
HOPE Binational Fellowship
The HOPE Binational Fellowship is a program for outstanding Latina professionals from the United States and Mexico to catapult their leadership onto the national and global stage.

About HOPE
Hispanas Organized for Political Equality® (HOPE) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization committed to ensuring political and economic parity for Latinas through leadership, advocacy, and education to benefit all communities and the status of women.
HOPE® prepares and supports Latinas as civic leaders, advocates for policy changes that champion equity for Latinas, and educates the public on the experiences and contributions of Latinas to our economy and society. Launched in 2004, more than 500 Latina students have graduated from the intensive six-month leadership program.

The HOPE College Leadership Program (HCLP) creates a network of support for first-generation Latina college students and recent grads across the United States. Students learn about launching meaningful careers and developing their political voices — with guidance from Latina leaders, and solidarity with each other, every step of the way. Launched in 2016 the program has trained 457 young leaders nationwide.

The HOPE Binational Fellowship is a program for outstanding Latina professionals from the United States and Mexico to catapult their leadership onto the national and global stage. To date, four cohorts have participated in the program launched in 2018 totaling 63 executives from the U.S. and Mexico.
